Do you wish to return the goods purchased in our store?
We consider the customer's request for an exchange of goods and within 5 days carry out the exchange of goods or provide a reasoned refusal, in case the exchange is not possible. Goods that have become unsuitable as a result of their incorrect use are not subject to exchange or return.
Individual orders with personalization (engraving, monogram) are not subject to return.
