All the materials we have chosen are environmentally friendly and ethical towards nature. This is a wonderful alternative to leather and leather substitutes (eco-leather). Our products are durable, long-lasting, and very lightweight.
The country of origin for the stone we use is Germany. It is an ultra-thin slate that is obtained by splitting mountain rocks into thin layers. On one side, these plates are reinforced with a textile lining. The result is flexible sheets that can be easily cut and processed.
We use the finest Portuguese cork, which is obtained by removing the outer bark of the cork oak tree without harming the tree itself. Cork can only be harvested again after the bark has been renewed. The material is lightweight, strong, and resistant to moisture.

To ensure that our products bring you joy for as long as possible and provide maximum satisfaction in their use, it is necessary to adhere to a few simple and understandable rules. Thanks to the textile lining and a thin layer of the slate itself, it is flexible and functional. However, it is important to remember that the slate is a fragile material, and therefore it should not be subjected to high weight loads, such as jumping on it or placing a favorite 16-kilogram weight on it.
The material from which we make beautiful and unique things for you is impregnated with various protective compounds in advance, which helps it to remain moisture-resistant and attractive. Therefore, it is not advisable to process products independently with any liquids, including oils. Such actions will lead to a loss of the surface's uniqueness, shine, overflows, and in general will make the color dull and indistinct.
We wish you the most pleasant experiences using Secret Project Studio products!
